A shout-out for all my posse

PBS' NewsHour just did a story about the rustbelt / factory closings in Milwaukee / Bucyrus-Erie welders/ training inner-city HS kids in the manufacturing trades (heck: will there even BE American jobs for welders?).

A tough school - they talked to a security guard in the HS who demonstrated various gang signs... and then they talked to a kid who demonstrated the Engineer's "Gang Sign":
